  23. Have you tried adjusting the pot on the VGA output?  It may be that some 
  24. of the component values in the video system have drifted a little, and an 
  25. adjustment could fix it.  Use a nonmetallic screwdriver (Radio Shack has 
  26. a small set of TV screwdrivers for this kind of thing).
